Our Story

The exquisite quality and innovation of our work are born out of our many years of experience. Our specialist, close-knit team are able to bring their individual skills together to offer a level of service that is hard to beat.

Knowledge & EXPERIENCE

Point 5 Kitchens was founded by Joe Kardani and Tomasz Kolasinski in 2011 with the aim of designing and installing top quality bespoke kitchens. With a combined 24 years experience in fitting high end furniture, they opened the first Point 5 Kitchens furniture showroom in the summer of 2016 in Muswell Hill to display the very best in contemporary furniture.

As our portfolio of unique designs grew, coupled with our professionalism and scrupulous attention to detail, our customer base has also grown steadily, allowing us to expand into providing bedroom and home office furniture.

A Complete Solution

As well as creative design services, we also provide full installation of joinery and dedicated project management from concept to completion. We will look after you every step of the way.

Due to the bespoke nature of our business there is no limit when it comes to design and manufacturing possibilities. We can offer an infinite range of colours in sprayed painted doors or you can choose from our wide range of veneered natural finishes and melamines. We can create your dream kitchen, modern or classic, with the highest quality standards in the market. We pride ourselves that no two kitchens are alike.

We are also stockists for a range of appliance manufacturers including Siemens, Miele and Gagganau and work closely with our representatives to ensure the customer receives the most appropriate appliances to meet their needs and budget.

The first steps

At the initial meeting we will seek to get a clear understanding of how you will live within the space and what you hope to achieve. We listen carefully to your likes and dislikes and will discuss different materials with you. We encourage customers to find images online of examples they like to help communicate this.

Measurements are also taken or architects drawings can be supplied for a new build project. We will then start our creative process and draw up our design for you. If this is close then we can go into greater detail and produce a rendered visual, as well as calculate the pricing.

From vision to reality

The next stage is the tweaking  and finalisation of the finer details. Samples are produced and exact colours and finishes agreed. After the design and costs are approved, there is a final site survey and a full CAD drawing is produced.

Once everything has been signed off the deposit is taken and the job goes into production. The production stage typically takes between 10 and 12 weeks before installation.

The thoroughness of this process allows you to be fully involved in the project and to best ensure that the final bespoke result is one that you will love. It is an exciting journey… and one we look forward to guiding you on.
